01 -
Let the frozen rolls sit out for about 2 hours at room temp. They should be soft but not fully risen.
02 -
Set your oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a 23x33 cm baking pan with nonstick spray.
03 -
Use your hands to flatten each thawed roll into a circle that's about 7.5 cm wide.
04 -
Spoon around 15 grams (1 tablespoon) of mozzarella and the same of sausage or pepperoni into the middle of each dough circle.
05 -
Pinch the edges of the dough around the filling to create a ball. Place each roll seam-side down in the prepared pan.
06 -
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
07 -
Brush the tops of the filled rolls with the butter mixture you just made.
08 -
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese evenly on top of the rolls.
09 -
Put the baking pan in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the rolls turn golden brown on top.
10 -
Serve hot with some warm marinara sauce on the side if you'd like.
