Get your oven heating up to 350°F (175°C).

Take a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and spread out 2 cups of tomato sauce evenly across the bottom.

In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta, 2 cups of mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and the Italian blend. Stir until it all looks combined.

Spoon the spinach and cheese mixture into the middle of the manicotti shells.

Put the filled manicotti in a row inside the baking pan. Pour the rest of the tomato sauce over the top, then sprinkle on the leftover mozzarella cheese.

Slide your dish into the oven and bake it for 20 to 30 minutes. Check to see if it's bubbling and fully warmed up.

Let it cool down for a couple of minutes. Add parsley on top if you'd like, and enjoy it warm.
