Preheat oven to 220°C. Lightly grease a large baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking apart with a wooden spoon, until fully browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat, return beef to pan, and add taco seasoning. Stir thoroughly to evenly coat meat. Remove skillet from heat and allow meat to cool to room temperature.

Roll out the pizza dough until flat. Slice lengthwise in half, then cut five times crosswise to yield ten rectangles. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of taco meat in the center of each rectangle, top with half a cheese stick, and carefully roll up, sealing all seams tightly.

Mix melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush mixture over the tops of the assembled sticks. Arrange taco sticks seam side down on baking sheet.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot with preferred taco accompaniments.
