01 -
Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a standard muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
02 -
Separate biscuits and carefully split each horizontally to create thinner disks. Press each half into the muffin tin wells, ensuring dough covers bottom and sides.
03 -
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
04 -
Add taco seasoning and required water as per packet instructions. Stir well and simmer until thickened.
05 -
Reduce heat to low and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted and combined.
06 -
Evenly spoon beef and cheese mixture into prepared biscuit cups.
07 -
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes, until biscuit cups are golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
08 -
Allow taco cups to cool slightly. Carefully lift each cup from the muffin tin using a butter knife if needed.
09 -
Top each cup with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce. Serve warm.
