01 -
Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) to preheat.
02 -
Cover two sheets for baking with parchment paper.
03 -
Leave your pizza dough in the fridge until it’s time to use.
04 -
Heat ground beef in a skillet on medium-high for about 5 to 7 minutes until it’s thoroughly cooked. Get rid of any extra grease.
05 -
Toss in the garlic, taco seasoning, and water as per the package. Turn up the heat and cook for 2 or 3 minutes until it’s dry. Take it off the heat.
06 -
Spread pizza dough onto the parchment paper, shaping it into a 12x8-inch rectangle. Cut each roll into six pieces measuring 4x4 inches, so you end up with 12 total.
07 -
Scoop about 3 tablespoons of taco meat into the center of every dough square. Halve the cheese sticks and add one half onto the meat.
08 -
Pull the edges of dough up and press them together, pinching the ends and tucking them upwards, keeping the seam side consistent. Avoid stretching the dough too thin.
09 -
In a microwave-safe container, melt the butter, then stir in parsley and garlic powder. Use either a pastry brush or spoon to spread this mix over every taco stick.
10 -
Arrange taco sticks seam-side down on the baking trays. Let them bake for 12 to 14 minutes until they’re golden on the tops.
