Chia Pudding Five Flavors (Print Version)

Chia blended with milk and sweetener, prepared in minutes, thickens overnight for a creamy, customizable treat.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup milk of choice or cashew cream
02 - 1/4 cup chia seeds
03 - 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
04 - Sweetener of choice, as desired
05 - Scant 1/8 teaspoon salt

# Steps:

01 - Whisk all ingredients in a container. You can optionally blend everything together for a smoother consistency, or leave the seeds whole for added texture.
02 - Cover the container, shake well, and refrigerate overnight. The mixture will thicken as it chills.
