# Ingredients:

01 - 6-8 flour tortillas, medium-sized
02 - 1 whole rotisserie chicken, pulled apart
03 - 3 tbsp diced pickled jalapeños
04 - 1 tbsp juice from pickled jalapeños
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1 cup mayo
07 - Salt, as needed
08 - Pepper, as needed
09 - 1 tsp ground cumin
10 - 1 tsp ground chili powder
11 - 1 tsp cayenne pepper powder

# Steps:

01 - Toss the chicken, mayo, shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, and jalapeño brine into a big bowl. Sprinkle in cumin, chili powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Stir it all together until everything’s coated evenly.
02 - Spread the chicken mix evenly across a tortilla. If you'd like, sprinkle more cheese on top before layering another tortilla to close it.
