Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and stir in the cheese sauce.

Add the hot dogs, no bean chili, chili starter, and 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese to the pasta. Stir until everything is evenly combined.

Lightly spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to the dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and the cheese on top has melted.
