Chocolate Chip Brownies Double Chocolate (Print Version)

Rich, moist brownies with a double dose of chocolate and a gooey, irresistible crumb.

# Ingredients:

01 - ¾ cup butter
02 - ½ cup cocoa powder
03 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
04 - 1 ¾ cups brown sugar
05 - 3 large eggs
06 - ¾ cup all-purpose flour
07 - ½ tsp salt
08 - 1 cup chocolate chips

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Prepare an 8x8-inch pan by lining it with parchment paper.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, melt butter.
04 - Add cocoa powder and vanilla extract to the melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
05 - Add brown sugar and eggs to the mixture. Whisk or beat with an electric mixer until combined.
06 - Add flour and salt, then beat again until smooth.
07 - Stir in half of the chocolate chips. Reserve the remaining chocolate chips for topping.
08 - Transfer the batter to your prepared pan.
09 - Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top, pressing them gently into the batter.
10 - Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
