02 - 225 g cream cheese, softened (1 package, 8 oz)
03 - 100 g granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven to 175°C. Prepare a 23 x 23 cm baking pan by coating with non-stick spray.
02 - Spread slightly more than half of the chocolate chip cookie dough evenly into the base of the prepared pan, pressing it down to form a uniform layer.
03 - In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until the mixture is fluffy and well combined.
04 - Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture, beating until silky and smooth.
05 - Pour the cheesecake filling over the cookie dough base and spread it in an even layer.
06 - Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the surface of the cheesecake layer.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and the center is nearly set.
08 - Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into individual servings.
