Chocolate Coconut Cookies Easy (Print Version)

Chocolate coconut cookies made in just 20 minutes with rich cocoa and shredded coconut. Chewy, sweet, and satisfying.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tbsp flour of choice or protein powder
02 - 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
03 - 1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened, full fat)
04 - 1/2 cup milk of choice
05 - 1/4 cup pure maple syrup, honey, or agave
06 - 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
07 - 1/16 tsp salt

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
03 - Microwave or heat the mixture on the stove until thick enough to scoop.
04 - Use a melon baller, cookie scoop, or spoon to scoop the mixture into balls onto a lined cookie tray.
05 - Bake on the center rack for 15 minutes.
06 - Let the cookies cool completely before removing them from the tray.
07 - If desired, dip the cooled cookies in melted chocolate or melted sugar-free chocolate chips.

01 - For Keto Macaroons: Replace maple syrup with 3 1/2 tbsp melted coconut oil and sweeten with uncut stevia to taste.
