# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 11 oz milk chocolate, melted
02 - 11 oz white chocolate, melted
03 - 4 peppermint candy canes, crushed
04 - 24 graham cracker squares (or 12 full-size crackers)

# Steps:

01 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth (approximately 90 seconds total).
02 - Dip one end of each graham cracker square into the melted milk chocolate and place on parchment paper. Repeat for all graham crackers.
03 - Allow the milk chocolate-dipped graham crackers to set completely.
04 - Melt the white chocolate in the same manner as the milk chocolate, using 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
05 - Dip the other end of each graham cracker square into the melted white chocolate and immediately sprinkle with the crushed candy canes.
06 - Allow the white chocolate-dipped graham crackers to set completely.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Ghirardelli candy melts for both chocolate and white chocolate are recommended as no tempering is needed, and the taste is excellent.
02 - To speed up the setting process, place the dipped graham crackers in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
03 - Store the set crackers in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for a chilled texture.
04 - To crush candy canes, place them in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them.
05 - Dark chocolate can be substituted for milk chocolate for a richer flavor.
06 - For a twist, use chocolate graham crackers or swap for saltine crackers or Ritz crackers for a salty variation.
