Cinnamon Cream Cheese Sticks (Print-Friendly Version)

Crispy buttery sticks filled with cream cheese and cinnamon sugar for a quick snack.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Bread

01 - 16 slices of white sandwich bread, with crusts taken off

→ Filling

02 - 225 grams of softened cream cheese
03 - 90 grams of powdered sugar

→ Coating

04 - 200 grams of granulated sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
06 - 170 grams of melted unsalted butter

# How to Make It:

01 - Flatten each slice of crustless bread evenly with a rolling pin.
02 - Beat the softened cream cheese together with the powdered sugar in a medium bowl until it’s smooth and creamy.
03 - Take each slice and roll it tightly into a cylinder, sealing in the filling.
04 - Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each piece of flattened bread.
05 - In another shallow dish, mix the granulated sugar with the ground cinnamon well.
06 - Dip each bread roll into the melted butter first, then roll it in the cinnamon sugar mix until fully coated.
07 - Pour the melted butter into a separate shallow bowl for dipping.
08 - Place the rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake them in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 20 minutes, until they’re crisp and golden.

# Extra Information:

01 - Make sure the cream cheese is really softened for easier mixing and smoother spreading.
02 - Rolling the bread thin is key to getting a nice, crispy texture.
