In a bowl, melt the stick of butter. Add the cake mix and mix with a fork until well combined and crumbly in texture. Set aside.

Pour both cans of strawberry pie filling into your prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Slice the cream cheese into thin pieces and arrange them on top of the strawberry filling.
