If you want, you can froth the brewed coffee either with an electric frother or by shaking it in a jar that’s tightly sealed.

In a serving cup, pour in the warmed coconut milk mixture. Slowly add the frothed coffee and foam on top of that. Enjoy right away.

Gently set the filter press over the coffee grounds and give it a light press. Drizzle 15 millilitres of hot water over the coffee. Wait for about 20-30 seconds for it to bloom.

Pour the rest of the hot water into the filter chamber. Cover it with the phin cap and let the coffee drip for about 4 minutes until it's done. Take out the filter.

Mix coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk in a small saucepan. Warm it over medium-low heat, stirring until you see steam and tiny bubbles, but don’t let it boil.

Put the phin filter’s cup spanner over a glass. Evenly distribute the Vietnamese ground coffee inside the filter chamber.
