Coconut Flour Soft Cookies (Print Version)

Tender coconut flour cookies with a chewy bite and optional chocolate chips. Simple, gluten-free, and sweet.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup coconut flour
02 - 1/8 tsp salt
03 - 2 1/2 tbsp liquid sweetener (such as maple syrup, honey, or keto syrup)
04 - 2 eggs or flax eggs
05 - 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter, melted
06 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens into a cookie dough consistency.
03 - Roll the dough into balls, then flatten them into cookie shapes.
04 - Place the cookies on a lined baking sheet and bake on the oven's center rack for 22 minutes.
05 - Allow the cookies to cool completely, as they will firm up during cooling.
06 - Store any leftovers in a covered container for up to four days.
