Coconut Ice Cream (Print-Friendly Version)

A smooth, tropical treat with sweet milk and shredded coconut for a cool delight.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 25 g shredded coconut
02 - 480 ml heavy cream
03 - 397 g sweetened condensed milk
04 - 60 ml coconut milk

# How to Make It:

01 - In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
02 - Carefully fold together the whipped cream with sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and coconut milk until everything's nicely blended.
03 - Evenly pour the mix into a loaf pan. Smooth out the top, cover it, and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until it’s nice and firm.

# Extra Information:

01 - To add a bit of crunch, lightly toast the shredded coconut before mixing it in.
