→ Toppings

15 - Extra semisweet chocolate chips
16 - Extra white chocolate chips
17 - Extra chopped Oreos
18 - Extra chopped crispy chocolate chip cookies

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Cream together butter and sugars for 1 minute.
03 - Add eggs and vanilla, then continue creaming for 3 minutes until the mixture is light, fluffy, and pale in color. Mix in blue food coloring until the desired shade is achieved.
04 - Add salt, baking powder, and flour to the mixture. Mix until no flour streaks remain, but do not overmix.
05 - Gently fold in semisweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, chopped Oreos, and chopped crispy chocolate chip cookies. Refrigerate cookie dough for 30 minutes if it is too soft.
06 - Take 2 tablespoons of dough and flatten it slightly. Place 2-3 milk chocolate discs in the center, wrap the dough edges around the chocolate, and top with 2 more tablespoons of dough.
07 - Press additional chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, chopped Oreos, and chopped crispy chocolate chip cookies onto the top of each dough ball.
08 - Place dough balls on a lined or greased baking sheet, ensuring adequate spacing. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
09 - Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Letting the cookies rest on the baking sheet allows them to finish setting before moving to a cooling rack.
