08 - 2 g freshly cracked black pepper
09 - 2 g paprika
10 - 1 g ground chipotle powder

→ Base and Assembly

11 - 12 King Hawaiian rolls, kept connected
12 - 450 g ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
13 - 75 g sweet yellow onion, finely chopped
14 - 5 g garlic, minced
15 - 15 g hamburger seasoning blend
16 - 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
17 - 170 g sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
18 - 8 slices smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
19 - 30 g French fried onions
20 - 1 medium jalapeño, seeded and cut into 12 rings

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a 23x33 cm baking dish with nonstick spray.
02 - Add sliced butter to a small saucepan over medium heat. Melt completely, then remove from heat. Whisk in mustard, chives, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chipotle powder until fully incorporated.
03 - Slice the King Hawaiian rolls horizontally as one unit. Place bottom halves into prepared baking dish.
04 - In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic, breaking up beef until fully cooked and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
05 - Stir hamburger seasoning and Worcestershire sauce into the cooked beef until evenly distributed.
06 - Brush bottom half of the rolls with approximately one third of the cowboy butter. Spread the ground beef mixture evenly over rolls. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over beef. Add crumbled bacon over cheese, followed by French fried onions. Top each upcoming slider section with a jalapeño ring.
07 - Place the top roll halves onto the layered fillings. Brush tops with remaining cowboy butter.
08 - Cover dish tightly with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
09 - Remove foil and continue to bake for 10 minutes, or until tops are golden brown. Check after 8 minutes to avoid over-browning.
10 - Allow sliders to rest 5 minutes before slicing into 12 portions. Serve while hot.

# Extra Information:

01 - Keeping the rolls connected during slicing and assembly ensures neat, uniform portions.
02 - Allowing the sliders to rest after baking prevents fillings from spilling during slicing.
