# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 pound ground beef (85/15)
02 - 1 cup corn
03 - 2/3 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
05 - 1/3 cup whole milk
06 - 1/4 cup sour cream
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
10 - 32 ounces tater tots

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
03 - Add the corn, condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, black pepper, and bacon to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
04 - In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer the ground beef mixture at the bottom. Sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheese, then evenly top with the tater tots in a single layer.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, uncovered, until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
06 - Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
