# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1½ teaspoon baking powder
03 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - 1½ tablespoons grated orange zest
06 - 2 cups fresh cranberries
07 - 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
08 - 1 cup granulated sugar
09 - 2 large eggs
10 - ¾ cup orange juice
11 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

12 - 3 tablespoons orange juice
13 - 1 cup powdered sugar

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, orange zest, and 1½ cups cranberries.
03 - In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until smooth.
04 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low just until combined. Add orange juice and vanilla extract, mixing briefly until just combined.
05 - Remove the bowl from the stand mixer. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just moistened.
06 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Top with ½ cup cranberries, spreading them evenly and pressing slightly into the batter.
07 - Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
08 - Let the bread sit for 5-10 minutes before removing it from the pan.
09 - Whisk powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons orange juice together until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the warm bread.
