→ Assembly

11 - English cucumber, thinly sliced (1 long)
12 - Loaf of sandwich bread, sliced with crusts cut off

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese with the mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or whisk until it's nice and creamy.
02 - Add in fresh dill, green onions, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, plus a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix it all really well.
03 - Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on each slice of bread laid out on a clean surface.
04 - Put the thin cucumber slices on half of the bread slices. Add extra dill if you'd like.
05 - Place the other bread slices on top, spread side down, to make sandwiches.
06 - Cut off the crusts with a sharp knife. Slice each sandwich into three finger-sized pieces.
07 - Enjoy right away as a tasty snack, or wrap them up and keep in the fridge for up to a day in an airtight container.

# Extra Information:

01 - For the best crunch, put these together just before serving and slice the cucumbers right before you stack them.
