01 -
Preheat the Air Fryer to 370°F (188°C) and set the timer for 18 minutes.
02 -
Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Lay 1/2 puff pastry sheet and slice it into two equal parts. Lightly score each piece, creating a 1/2-inch border from the edge. Use a fork to poke holes in the center of the pastry.
03 -
Place the prepared puff pastry onto the Air Fryer tray and lightly brush the sides with beaten egg. Insert the tray into the Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
04 -
Hull strawberries and cut each into four pieces. In a small bowl, combine the strawberries with 1/2 teaspoon confectioners' sugar and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice. Mix well. Repeat the process in a separate bowl for the blueberries.
05 -
In a bowl, blend cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
06 -
Remove the Air Fryer tray. Use the rounded tip of a wooden spoon to flatten the center of each pastry, following the scored border to create hollow spaces for the filling.
07 -
Spread the cream cheese filling into the hollowed centers. Fill one side with prepared strawberries and the other side with blueberries, meeting at the middle. Repeat for both pastries.
08 -
Return the filled puff pastries to the Air Fryer and cook for 5–6 minutes.
09 -
In a small bowl, mix confectioners' sugar and cream until smooth and at the desired consistency.
10 -
Remove the tray, let pastries cool for 1 minute, then transfer to a plate. Drizzle sugar glaze over the pastries and serve with fresh berries on the side.
