Creamy Garlic Chicken with Spinach (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 3 cups fresh spinach

→ Sauce

03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
07 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings

08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
02 - Heat olive oil in large skillet. Sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
03 - In same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add broth, cream, and Parmesan. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
04 - Add spinach and cook until wilted. Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.
