In a large bowl, whisk together the beef broth, beefy mushroom soup, Lipton onion soup mix, and Au Jus gravy packet until well combined.

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cold water with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch until dissolved. Add to the crockpot and stir. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
