Creamy Date & Banana Shake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits & Sweeteners

01 - 2 frozen bananas
02 - 4 dates, pitted

→ Proteins & Healthy Fats

03 - 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
04 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds

→ Liquids & Spices

05 - 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
06 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 60-120 seconds until smooth and creamy
02 - Taste the smoothie and add more milk if too thick or more dates if not sweet enough
03 - Pour into glasses or mason jars and enjoy immediately
