Deep Dish Cookie Pie (Print Version)

Gooey deep dish cookie with chocolate chips and soft center, perfect served warm or cooled.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cans white beans or garbanzo beans (500g total, once drained)
02 - 1 cup quick oats or almond flour
03 - 1/4 cup applesauce or yogurt
04 - 3 tbsp oil or 1/4 cup nut butter
05 - 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
06 - 2 tsp baking powder
07 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1 1/2 cup brown sugar or unrefined sugar
10 - 1 cup chocolate chips

# Steps:

01 - Drain and rinse the beans very well.
02 - Blend everything except the chocolate chips in a food processor until smooth.
03 - Fold in the chocolate chips.
04 - Grease a 9 or 10-inch springform pan and pour the batter into the pan.
05 - Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
06 - Let the pie stand for at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Serve hot or let cool.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - For best texture, use a food processor instead of a blender.
