In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil. Gradually add the pancake mix and stir until smooth. Batter should be thick enough to coat the cookies but not runny.

Remove Oreos from the package. Using a fork, dip each cookie into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.

Carefully drop 2-3 coated Oreos at a time into the hot oil. Fry for about 1-2 minutes per side until the coating is golden brown. Do not overcrowd the pan.

Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried Oreos and let them drain on a plate lined with paper towels.
