Deep-Fried Shrimp Alfredo Bites (Print Version)

Crispy shrimp bites filled with Alfredo and mozzarella deliver a savory, golden crunch in every bite.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 1 cup Alfredo sauce
03 - 4 large flour tortillas
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
06 - 2 eggs, beaten
07 - Oil for frying
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, mix the shrimp with salt, pepper, and Alfredo sauce. Set aside.
02 - Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon some of the shrimp mixture in the center. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the shrimp mixture.
03 - Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
04 - Dip each burrito in the beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
05 - Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the burrito bites in the oil. Fry until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
06 - Serve warm with additional Alfredo sauce for dipping.
