# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Coating

08 - 2 cups Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed into fine crumbs
09 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
10 - 2 eggs, beaten
11 - 1 tablespoon milk

→ Frying

12 - 2 cups vegetable oil

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, and seasonings until smooth. Refrigerate 20 minutes to firm.
02 - Scoop tablespoons of mixture, roll into balls. Place on lined baking sheet and freeze 15-20 minutes.
03 - Set up three bowls: crushed Doritos, flour, and beaten eggs mixed with milk.
04 - Roll each ball in flour, then egg mixture, then Doritos crumbs. Press to adhere coating.
05 - Heat oil to 350°F. Fry in batches 1-2 minutes until golden. Drain on paper towels.

01 - Can be baked at 375°F for 15-20 minutes instead of frying
