Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 packet frozen dragon fruit (pitaya)
02 - 1 frozen banana, peeled before freezing
03 - 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
04 - 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
05 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk (almond or coconut)

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients to a blender.
02 - Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.
03 - Transfer smoothie to a bowl. Add your choice of toppings. Enjoy!

01 - Dragon fruit is also known as pitaya
02 - Can use fresh dragon fruit (1/2 cup or 100g)
