Easter Poke Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box white cake mix
02 - Ingredients listed on cake mix box (eggs, water, oil)
03 - 2 (3.3 oz.) boxes instant white chocolate pudding
04 - 3 1/2 cups milk
05 - 2 cups heavy cream
06 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar (or more to taste)
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - Food coloring (blue, green, pink, and yellow)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven as specified on box. Grease a 9×13 inches baking dish. Prepare cake mix according to box directions.
02 - Divide mixture into 4 equal portions. Add different food coloring to each. Drop spoonfuls of each color into pan, alternating colors. Tap pan to flatten surface, then swirl colors slightly with a toothpick.
03 - Bake as directed. After cooling 10 minutes, use wooden spoon handle to poke holes all over cake, about an inch apart. Let cool completely.
04 - Whisk pudding mix and milk until dissolved. Before pudding sets, pour over cake, filling holes completely. Spread remaining pudding on top. Refrigerate until set.
05 - Beat chilled heavy cream and vanilla until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and beat to stiff peaks. Spread over pudding layer. Garnish with sprinkles before serving. Store in fridge.

# Notes:
