Toss chicken in a big bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until coated well.

Put a non-stick pan on medium. Add in the seasoned chicken and let it cook 6-8 minutes until it's browned evenly and cooked through. Take it off the heat.

Spread some garlic sauce on each tortilla. Add a layer of cooked chicken, then sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar over top.

Fold the tortillas and put them back on the skillet. Cook both sides for 2-3 minutes till they’re golden and the cheese is gooey.

Slice the wraps in half, sprinkle with parsley if you’re using it, and dig in right away!
