Sweet & Salty Date Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 24 Medjool dates, pitted
02 - 1/2 cup peanut butter, warmed
03 - 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
04 - 4 ounces dark chocolate, melted
05 - Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper
02 - Place pitted dates open side up on the parchment paper in rows of 4 and columns of 6
03 - Use your hands or a cup sprayed with cooking spray to press the dates flat and close together on the baking sheet
04 - Drizzle with warmed peanut butter and sprinkle chopped almonds over the top
05 - Pour melted chocolate over everything and spread evenly with a spatula
06 - Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freeze for 30 minutes until set
07 - Break into approximately 24 pieces and store in the refrigerator
