Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper

Place pitted dates open side up on the parchment paper in rows of 4 and columns of 6

Use your hands or a cup sprayed with cooking spray to press the dates flat and close together on the baking sheet

Drizzle with warmed peanut butter and sprinkle chopped almonds over the top

Pour melted chocolate over everything and spread evenly with a spatula

Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freeze for 30 minutes until set

Break into approximately 24 pieces and store in the refrigerator
