Easy Grape Salad (Print Version)

A creamy and delicious grape salad with yogurt and pecans.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pounds red or green seedless grapes
02 - 8 ounces plain Greek yogurt
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
07 - 1/4 cup chopped pecans

# Steps:

01 - Wash grapes and set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together.
03 - Fold the cleaned grapes into the yogurt and cream cheese mixture.
04 - Sprinkle brown sugar and chopped pecans over the top.
05 - Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to use.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - You may use red, green, or a combination of both grape varieties for this recipe.
02 - 0%, 2%, or full-fat Greek yogurt works well. Avoid fat-free sour cream or cream cheese.
03 - Both light and dark brown sugar are suitable.
04 - Pecans are optional and can be omitted if desired.
