Easy Grape Salad

A creamy and delicious grape salad with yogurt and pecans.
# Ingredients:

4 pounds red or green seedless grapes

8 ounces plain Greek yogurt
03 -
8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar
05 -
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 -
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup chopped pecans
# Steps:

Wash grapes and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together.

Fold the cleaned grapes into the yogurt and cream cheese mixture.

Sprinkle brown sugar and chopped pecans over the top.

Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to use.
# Notes and Tips:

You may use red, green, or a combination of both grape varieties for this recipe.

0%, 2%, or full-fat Greek yogurt works well. Avoid fat-free sour cream or cream cheese.

Both light and dark brown sugar are suitable.

Pecans are optional and can be omitted if desired.
