Heat skillet over medium-high. Brown and crumble ground beef; drain any excess fat.

Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions. Simmer until thickened and beef is evenly coated.

Remove pan from heat. Stir in salsa con queso until thoroughly combined with seasoned beef.

Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly coat a 20 cm round baking pan with nonstick spray.

Place one tortilla in base of prepared pan. Spread one third of beef mixture over tortilla, then sprinkle with one third of cheese.

Top with another tortilla, followed by another third of beef mixture and cheese. Repeat layering once more with remaining ingredients.

Transfer to oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.

Remove from oven. Allow to cool for several minutes before slicing. Serve hot with preferred garnishes.
