06 - 1 Onion, diced
07 - 1 Tomato, diced
08 - Lettuce, chopped
09 - 1 Red Pepper, diced

10 - 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
11 - Salt and Pepper, to taste
12 - 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
13 - 1 tablespoon Paprika Powder
14 - 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

→ Sauce

15 - 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
16 - 1 tablespoon Franks Hot Sauce
17 - 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Marinate the chicken thighs in a mixture of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. For best results, marinate overnight. Alternatively, marinate while preparing the vegetables.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Cook the marinated chicken thighs for 8-10 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
03 - In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Franks Hot Sauce, and chopped parsley until smooth. Adjust cayenne pepper for extra heat, if desired.
04 - Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a generous layer of spicy mayo sauce, followed by fried rice and a dollop of Greek yogurt. Layer cooked chicken and the diced vegetables evenly.
05 - Fold the burrito tightly. Place it seam-side down in a heated pan over low heat. Toast each side until golden brown and crisp, approximately 2 minutes per side.
06 - Slice the burrito and serve immediately. Enjoy the spicy, crispy flavors!

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Allowing the chicken to marinate overnight enhances the flavor significantly.
02 - Toast the burrito over low heat to avoid burning the tortilla.
