01 -
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even baking and a golden crust.
02 -
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 12 x 14 inches. For easier transfer, you can roll directly onto parchment paper.
03 -
In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of melted butter with the minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the entire surface of the dough.
04 -
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella over the dough, leaving a 1-2 inch border along one long edge and both short edges. Layer the ham slices, followed by another 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Add the salami and pepperoni, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
05 -
Brush beaten egg along the exposed edges of the dough. Starting from the long edge without the egg wash, roll the stromboli tightly jelly-roll style. Pinch the seam to seal and tuck the ends under.
06 -
Mix the remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Brush this over the top of the stromboli. Make shallow diagonal cuts about 2 inches apart along the top using a serrated knife.
07 -
Transfer the stromboli to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
08 -
Allow the stromboli to cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 8 pieces. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
