Feta Pasta Dish (Print-Friendly Version)

Warm bow tie pasta gets tossed in a creamy sauce made from roasted tomatoes and feta, topped with basil.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Other

01 - 340 grams bow tie pasta, cooked, drained, and kept warm
02 - 15 grams fresh basil, chopped
03 - 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

→ Base

04 - 225 grams Feta cheese, whole block
05 - 375 grams grape tomatoes, washed and dried

→ Seasoning

06 - 0.5 teaspoon fine sea salt
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

# How to Make It:

01 - Set your oven to 175°C. Evenly spread grape tomatoes in a medium baking dish.
02 - Put the block of Feta in the center of the tomatoes. Drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil over everything. Evenly sprinkle the Italian seasoning and salt. Top it off with another 2 tablespoons of olive oil on the Feta.
03 - Pop it in the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes. Wait for the tomatoes to burst and the cheese to soften and turn golden on the edges.
04 - Take it out of the oven. Stir gently to mix the melted Feta and burst tomatoes into a smooth sauce. Toss in the fresh basil and mix it all up until it’s well combined.
05 - Add the warm bow tie pasta to the baking dish and mix well to coat with the sauce. Serve hot right away.

# Extra Information:

01 - Choosing a whole block of Feta instead of crumbled gives you the best creaminess.
