Mixed Frozen Fruit Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups apple juice
02 - 2 cups assorted frozen fruit (cherries, raspberries, blueberries, mango)
03 - 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
04 - additional fruit and/or mint sprigs for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Place the juice, fruit and yogurt in a blender.
02 - Blend until completely smooth.
03 - Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with additional fruit and mint sprigs if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Can use any combination of frozen fruits
02 - Best served immediately
03 - Adjust liquid ratio for desired thickness
