Fudgy S’mores Brownies (Print Version)

Rich brownies topped with gooey marshmallows, graham crackers, and melted chocolate for an irresistible treat.

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup salted butter, melted
02 - ½ cup cocoa powder
03 - 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
04 - 2 eggs
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - ½ cup all-purpose flour
07 - 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil
08 - 3 cups mini marshmallows
09 - 1 Hershey's bar, roughly chopped
10 - 5 graham crackers, crushed

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and melted butter. Stir until well combined.
03 - Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil to the mixture. Stir until the batter is smooth and no lumps remain.
04 - Mix in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the desired doneness is reached.
06 - Remove the brownies from the oven and adjust the heat setting to LOW broil. Top the brownies with mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and chopped Hershey's chocolate. Place the dish back into the oven on the top rack and broil on LOW for 1-2 minutes, watching closely, until marshmallows are lightly toasted.
07 - Let the brownies rest for 10 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Boxed brownie mix can be used as an alternative for this recipe.
02 - Set a timer while broiling; marshmallows can burn quickly. Toasting took about 1 minute 30 seconds in my oven.
