Quick Garlic Butter Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 1 pound large or jumbo shrimp, shelled
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

→ Seasonings

05 - 6 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
07 - 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
08 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil and 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Season with salt.
02 - Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook 30 seconds until aromatic.
03 - Stir in remaining butter, lemon juice and parsley. Turn off heat and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Fresh shrimp should smell like saltwater
02 - Best served immediately
03 - Keeps 2-3 days refrigerated
04 - Can freeze up to 3-4 months
