# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 8 slices of white or whole wheat bread with crusts cut off
02 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
03 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, optional

→ For the Garlic Butter

05 - 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
06 - 2 minced garlic cloves
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Optional Dipping Sauces

10 - Marinara sauce
11 - Ranch dressing
12 - Spicy ketchup
13 - Garlic herb sauce

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
02 - Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread until it's nice and thin.
03 - Spread mozzarella and cheddar on the lower third of each slice. Tightly roll up from the cheese section. If required, seal the edge with some melted butter.
04 - In a bowl, blend the melted butter with minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt until everything's mixed up well.
05 - Arrange each rollup seam-side down on the baking sheet. Generously brush on the garlic butter. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy. If using an air fryer, set it to 360°F and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
06 - Let the rollups cool a bit, then serve them warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

# Extra Information:

01 - Soft sandwich bread works best for rolling and structure.
02 - Use butter to tightly seal rollups to keep the cheese in.
03 - Avoid overstuffing with cheese to prevent it from oozing out.
04 - Make sure to brush rollups well for a richer garlic butter taste and crispy texture.
05 - Cooking in an air fryer gives a crunchier finish in less time.
