Cottage Cheese Naan (Print-Friendly Version)

Easy naan with cottage cheese and garlic, loaded with protein for a nutritious side.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 240 g full-fat cottage cheese
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 95 g all-purpose flour
04 - 60 g almond flour
05 - 5 g baking powder
06 - 2.5 g fine salt
07 - 2 garlic cloves, minced

→ Finishing

08 - 15 g melted butter, for brushing
09 - Chopped parsley or cilantro, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Dust your hands lightly with flour. Break the dough into six pieces, form each into a ball, then flatten them into ovals around 0.5 cm thick.
02 - Mix in the minced garlic so it’s evenly spread out in the dough.
03 - Warm a non-stick or cast iron skillet on medium heat. Lightly brush it with melted butter. Cook each naan for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until it puffs up and turns golden brown.
04 - While they're still warm, brush the naans with more melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro if you like.
05 - Blend the cottage cheese and eggs in a food processor or blender until it’s nice and smooth.
06 - Grab a large bowl and mix all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt until it's all mixed well.
07 - Add the blended cottage cheese mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir carefully until a slightly sticky dough comes together.
