Dust your hands lightly with flour. Break the dough into six pieces, form each into a ball, then flatten them into ovals around 0.5 cm thick.

Mix in the minced garlic so it’s evenly spread out in the dough.

Warm a non-stick or cast iron skillet on medium heat. Lightly brush it with melted butter. Cook each naan for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until it puffs up and turns golden brown.

While they're still warm, brush the naans with more melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro if you like.

Blend the cottage cheese and eggs in a food processor or blender until it’s nice and smooth.

Grab a large bowl and mix all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt until it's all mixed well.

Add the blended cottage cheese mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir carefully until a slightly sticky dough comes together.
