01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 large eggs, beaten

03 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
05 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness if needed.
02 - In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
03 - Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs, then press into the Parmesan mixture, coating all sides evenly.
04 - Place coated chicken on parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with oil or butter. Bake 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
05 - Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
06 - Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan if desired.
