01 -
Put the pizza in the preheated oven. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese bubbles and the crust's golden brown.
02 -
Take the pizza out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Drizzle with olive oil, add fresh basil leaves, slice it up, and enjoy while it's warm.
03 -
Heat your oven to 245°C for a pizza stone or 232°C for a baking sheet. Make sure it's fully hot before you bake.
04 -
Spread the mashed garlic evenly on the rolled-out dough, leaving a small edge. Drizzle a little olive oil over it.
05 -
Wrap garlic cloves in aluminum foil after coating them with a bit of olive oil. Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes until they’re soft and caramelized, then mash into a smooth paste.
06 -
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 0.6 centimetres thick. Then transfer it to a pizza peel or a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
07 -
In a mixing bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, and feta cheese. Season with oregano, salt, black pepper, and optionally, red pepper flakes. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the garlic base and top with chopped spinach.
