01 - Packed brown sugar, 50 g
02 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
03 - 4 salmon fillets, skinless (about 170 g each)

# How to Make It:

01 - Set your oven to 220°C and move the rack to the top position.
02 - Lightly coat the broiler pan rack with cooking spray to avoid sticking.
03 - Lay the salmon fillets skin-side down on the ready broiler pan. Sprinkle each piece with salt and fresh black pepper.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and Dijon mustard until mixed well.
05 - Dollop the brown sugar blend evenly over each fillet's top.
06 - Put the salmon fillets in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
07 - Change the oven setting to broil and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until the glaze turns golden and caramelized.
