Baked sticks with ham, cheddar, and buttery glaze in crescent dough—ideal as snacks or party bites.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Pastry

01 - 2 tubes (approx. 450 g total) crescent dough sheets

→ Filling

02 - 450 g deli-sliced ham
03 - 8 sticks (approx. 25 g each) cheddar cheese

→ Glaze

04 - 60 ml melted unsalted butter
05 - 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
06 - 7 g Dijon mustard
07 - 4 g dried minced onion or onion powder
08 - 4 g poppy seeds

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out each crescent dough sheet and cut into 4 equal rectangles for a total of 8 pieces.
03 - Layer slices of ham evenly on each piece of dough. Place a cheddar cheese stick on top of the ham. Fold in the ends and roll each piece tightly to seal.
04 - Set the assembled sticks seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - In a bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, dried minced onion, and poppy seeds. Brush this mixture generously over the surface of each stick.
06 - Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
07 - Serve immediately while hot for best flavor and texture.

# Extra Information:

01 - For best results, allow the crescent dough to come to room temperature before handling to prevent tearing.
02 - Use parchment paper for an easy clean-up and to avoid sticking.
