Easy Ham and Cheese Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
02 - 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
03 - 12 slices deli ham (about 10 ounces)
04 - 2 cups freshly grated gruyere or similar cheese (about 5 ounces)

→ Optional Garnish

05 - Chopped fresh parsley, thyme, or chives

# Instructions:

01 - Roll out puff pastry sheet to 10x12-inch rectangle on plastic wrap.
02 - Spread with mustard leaving border, layer ham and cheese.
03 - Roll into log from long edge, wrap in plastic, chill 20 minutes. Repeat with second sheet.
04 - Cut logs into 1/2-inch slices. Bake at 375°F for 18 minutes until golden. Garnish with herbs.
