Ham Cheese Potato Bake (Print Version)

Soft potatoes and diced ham covered in a creamy cheese blend. Simple to make, filling, and great for family get-togethers.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups chopped ham
02 - 10.4 ounces cheddar cheese soup
03 - ½ cup sour cream
04 - Salt and pepper to season
05 - 10.4 ounces cream of chicken soup
06 - ½ yellow onion, chopped
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 2 pounds diced potatoes

# Steps:

01 - Toss the diced potatoes, onion, ham, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and cheddar cheese soup together in a big bowl. Add some salt and pepper, then stir it all up.
02 - Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish that's 7x13 inches.
03 - Scatter the shredded cheddar cheese on top, then bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45-55 minutes. The potatoes should be soft enough to pierce with a fork.
04 - Dish it out while it's warm and dig in.
